broad categories of firearms, accessories, parts and gear. This includes information about the
usage of such items, along with firearms safety and training programs. The law also restricts
communications that might promote our publication, and its information regarding firearms,
firearms products, safety and training.
Therefore, Women’s Outdoor News, The WON, must restrict sending certain information into
California in order to comply with California’s new law.
