ATHENS, AL., April 3, 2020 – Shoot Like A Girl announces a new Facebook Live session “Ladies Night In” Tuesday nights at 7pm Central Time as part of their ongoing efforts to battle the virus blues, and as a direct result of a study, The Impact of COVID-19!
SLG2 Consulting conducted a study on the impact of COVID-19 and found that not only are many of us experiencing anxiety and fears, but many are also getting used to having our significant others around 24/7. Therefore, Shoot Like A Girl is going to host a “Ladies Night In” on Facebook Live and have a conversation to learn tips from each other about how we all get through this social distancing. So, grab your beverage of choice, and pull up your computer to www.facebook.com/SLGinc2 at 7pm central time on Tuesdays. It will be a fun time!
Karen Butler, President, SLG2, Inc will be leading several of the “Ladies’ Night In” conversations utilizing her 22 years of civilian service to the U.S Army, with much of it as an additional duty being a Family Program Officer, and her volunteer time as a Family Readiness Group Leader as the wife of Todd, a Retired United States Marine. Butler stated, “As I started analyzing the data from the Impact of COVID19, I quickly realized that the tools the military gives us for dealing with deployments, the unknown and the re-integration of our loved ones back into our lives would be helpful to all of us. This is not an easy time, uncertainty persists, but collectively we can get through it.” Facebook Live sessions, “Ladies Night In” are in addition to Shoot Like a Girl’s regularly scheduled FB Live Sessions. The goal of “Ladies Night In” is to create a community where women can come together and chat via comments about the struggles they are facing, learn they are not alone in those feelings and share tips and tools to help everyone get through this difficult time. The sessions, currently scheduled for 30 minutes; will have games, prizes, and are sure to be informational and fun!
The Impact of COVID-19 study can be found at www.SLG2Consulting.com.
