As my hog hunt in Liberty, Miss., nears, I am excited about the possibility of field testing a product that I have been anxiously waiting to use. I received this product during the late fall hunting season and was not successful at taking a late-season buck. This product is something that many hunters overlook but the importance of this product is crucial to anyone who plans to consume the fruits of their hunts.
As a woman hunter and the cook in our household, I understand how critical it is to keep bacteria from growing on raw meat, and also how proper handling and storage is crucial for consumable food and more importantly meat because of the high decomposition rate of raw meat. Looks to be a good product for the long trip away from the cooler. It would definately benefit the Southern Climate hunter. Especially during the warm bow seasons we have here in Georgia. Would like to know the ease of putting the game into it. A smaller version would be great for Turkey hunting.

Looks like a handy thing to carry in your truck all year.. could be used for a lot of things.. temps here aren’t as warm, but in the early archery season is still gets darn warm in the day time.. and I ‘personally” won’t hunt when it gets that warm.,, unless i know I can get home with the meat quickly and put in straight into the freezer to cool out.. so it would be really interesting to hear more about this product.. and the kooler jel sounds like the ticket for sure.. thanks Nancy Jo
