It’s “Game-On!” as the echoes of laughter, “high-fives” and gunshots roll thru western Kentucky’s hills late this summer when the “Guys & Gals Gun Fun Getaway” and “Ladies Action Shoot 2.0” tip off at RockCastle Shooting Center. Shooters of all experience levels will learn and/or polish their skills in multiple shooting disciplines in two exciting offerings from Calibered Events.
The Guys & Gals Gun Fun Getaway, a 3-Gun extravaganza set for September 11-14, will feature guidance by top-notch instructors. By the end of the Getaway, you’ll be ready to take part in the fun of 3-Gunning back home. It’s not all shooting at this event-thrill seekers can get their kicks on one of the longest Zip line courses in the eastern United States!
End your fun-filled days by relaxing at the Cave Valley Winery, enjoy a glass of local wine, or take a leisurely stroll thru acres of woodlands surrounding the lodge.
The following month’s Ladies Action Shoot 2.0 brings together multiple shooting disciplines for ladies who have a basic knowledge of firearms. For five days – from October 2-6 – participants will engage in three disciplines, 3-Gun, Long Range Shooting, and Sporting Clays, as well as firearm maintenance. One lucky attendee at this event will win a 12 gauge Beretta Xplor 400 semi-automatic shotgun-thanks to our awesome Primary Sponsor-Beretta!
