Salt Lake City, UT (January 2013) – Easton Technical Products, manufacturer of top arrow technology for over 90 years, welcomes the four-time world champion women’s 3D archer, Cara Fernandez, for the 2013 tournament season.
“I’m thrilled to be shooting the world’s best arrows and to represent the Easton brand. It was my father who introduced me to archery and who is my support team to this day. I love that Easton is made in the USA, being from Michigan that is very important to us. As a member of Team Easton I hope to inspire others while making history with my Easton arrows.”
Starting at the age of three, Cara had a bow and arrow in hand. Her father, an avid outdoorsman, hunter and 3D competitor, instilled the values that keep her passionate about archery today. She won her first national title at 11 and has gone on to be four-time shooter of the year, 15-time national champion and four-time world champion in 3D archery.
“Easton is excited to have Cara join the team.” Shane Michelli, President of Easton Technical Products said. “Not only is she the top 3D shooter in the world, but an accomplished bowhunter as well, something that we here at Easton value greatly. With Cara shooting Easton’s, we are confident she will add to her string of world titles.”
