Some of us in the girl gun world have heard about this event now for months — the Concealed Carry Holster Fashion Show in Hudson, N.Y., on July 21. Hosted by Packing Pretty’s Gracie McKee, and others, it drew a full house to hear about and see how a woman can conceal and carry and still be fashionable. Let’s just say … there weren’t any fannypacks in the lineup, we bet.
And, you can read about it, too. Just visit RebeccaGuns’ blogpost on it.

Thank you for promoting armed protection for women, who need it SO very badly due to their strength issues vs. a man’s. And the more women and minorities who carry protection the better, as there are still so few of either. So, to steal a line from Virginia Slims; “You’ve come a long way, baby!”, and thank god for it!!
Signed,
A Very Grateful Man
Dear Very Grateful Man,
You’re very welcome! We concur.
Thanks for reading The WON.
More and more women are carrying concealed. It’s great to see how much new equipment is available. What a cool way to really show it off!
Western shooting activities are all so different and to perform at a higher level for each one, different gear and training techniques are required. The proper use of a clip-less gun holster is to shoot while mounted from a horse. The clip-less holster is reminiscent of the western era since there is no latch to hold the weapon tightly or securely.
That’s a real beauty! I’m just excited to see more from you. Thanks for sharing!
