Ingredients Needed

Hawaiian-Venison-Sliders ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 lb. ground venison
  • 1 ½ cups Hawaiian BBQ sauce
  • 12 Hawaiian roll sliders
  • ½ cup finely chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup pickled jalapeño slices (regular jalapeños will work, too)
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter

How to Make Hawaiian Venison Sliders

Hawaiian Venison sliders steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the ground venison and cook thoroughly. Add in the BBQ sauce and stir to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes then remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Spray the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Arrange the bottom half of the rolls into the baking dish and spoon the ground venison mixture onto each roll.
