Ingredients Needed

  • 1 pound ground venison
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 pound white cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 – 10 oz. can Rotel
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • Pico de Gallo, cilantro, and other garnishments of choice
  • Tortilla chips

How to Make Crockpot Venison Queso Dip

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground venison and olive oil and brown the venison thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper as it’s cooking. Once done, remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Cut the white cheddar cheese into small cubes.
  3. Spray the inside of your crockpot with cooking oil. Then add all of the ingredients and stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 1-3 hours, depending on how long it takes for the cheeses fully melt. Stir occasionally as it’s cooking.
  5. When everything is melted and smooth, it’s ready to serve. Top with pico de Gallo, fresh cilantro, or your toppings of choice. Serve with tortilla chips.
