Project Appleseed inspires civic responsibility through the teaching of Revolutionary War history, and traditional rifle marksmanship in a safe, non-partisan environment. All volunteer instructors teach the ìsix steps to firing the shotî, proper use of the sling, and other techniques. Hear little-known Revolutionary War history, and how to become more involved in today’s society. Most of the instruction is geared for semi-automatic rifles using reduced size targets. Please see website for details and tickets. Sponsored by the Revolutionary War Veterans Association, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. (Rifles and ammunition not supplied. Attendees responsible for determining applicable firearms laws.)
