That’s right … the Hunter Angler Gardener Cook, aka Hank Shaw, gets inspired by what he calls “beefy pigeons” and a recipe by Chef Paul Bertolli. Except he adds more garlic, a chile and pecorino cheese. And, of course, he makes the pasta from scratch. (So does my husband, and we all know that women love it when men cook for them, especially homemade pasta.) And the pigeon part? Looks delish, and might be worth the trouble.
