Read the article about the National Wild Turkey Federation’s PR guy, Brent Lawrence, and his compatriot in cookery, Gayla from Gaylord. You can’t make this stuff up, and PJ Perea included a great photo of Brent wearing a lederhosen tee shirt while cooking in a Coleman competition in Illinois. Also, it seems the moral of the story is that it takes a woman like Gayla to seal the deal and win the competition. See the State Journal Register.
