We are delighted to bring another downloadable coloring page that features a TeamWON member. We have been on a range or two (or more) with Gabriela, aka Gabby Franco, throughout the years and know her to be an enthusiastic and inspiring role model for women in the shooting sports.
From Gabby Franco.com
Gabby grew up in Venezuela. As a child Gabby was very active and practiced different sports like swimming, gymnastics, running, etc. But when her father took her to the shooting range when she was only 11 years old, Olympic shooting became her favorite sport.
At the age of 16 Gabby became part of the Venezuelan Olympic shooting team and won her first international silver medal at the 1997 Bolivarian Games in Arequipa, Peru. Since then Gabby became one of the favorite pistol shooter of the Venezuelan shooting team competing in 14 different countries during 5 years and earning at least a dozen of International titles. Gabby was National Champion for several years.
Gabby moved to the United States in 2002 shortly after her last match in Brazil (South American Games) where she won 3 Gold medals. In the USA, Gabby started working in the Firearms Industry and started competing at USPSA matches and participated in tactical shooting trainings. Currently Gabby is an NRA certified firearms instructor, NRA News commentator, member of the Remington shooting team, author, NRA Blog contributor, speaker.
