In March, the National Park Service and National Park Foundation kicked off the Find Your Park/Encuentra Tu Parque movement, inviting people everywhere from all backgrounds to get out there and find their own unique connections to the natural, cultural, and historical treasures across the park system.
Park lovers have been responding on social media, inviting friends and family to find their park, and sharing the many ways they continue to do so. It’s never a one-and-done; once you get the park bug, you’re endlessly inspired to discover the next adventure. And once you find it, you can’t help but share.
This week, we debuted the next phase of the movement: one that underscores the lasting influence these experiences have on you and your impact on national parks.
