CanCooker joins the ‘Bone Collector’ team

December 9, 2009 by Women's Outdoor News

The boys of the Bone Collector™ Team, Michael Waddell, Travis “T-Bone” Turner and Nick Mundt, spend much of their time on the trail of trophy game. Their quests leave them with little time to prepare healthy food, which is important for keeping up the energy and stamina they need for success. Now this problem is solved thanks to the revolutionary CanCooker®, which has changed the way they cook in the outdoors for the better.

No more high-fat grilled food. No more messy clean up for these guys – only healthy, great-tasting food prepared in minutes. Thanks to its durable construction, the CanCooker can be used with a variety of different heat sources, such as a campfire, grill, stovetop, turkey burner, etc. Once placed on its preferred heat source, the CanCooker will begin to generate a constant flow of steam. Within a few minutes, excess steam will visibly exit through the vent hole positioned on the lid. Once this happens, the food encased within the cooking chamber begins its actual cooking process. The constant flow of steam within the pot deeply penetrates the food at temperatures in excess of 160-degrees Fahrenheit.

Most recipes suggest keeping the CanCooker on its heat source for an additional 35 to 40 minutes. Once this time is up, you can enjoy healthy, great-tasting food unlike anything you’ve experienced in the Great Outdoors.

Check out the Bone Collector TV show on the Outdoor Channel on Sundays at 8:30am, Mondays at 12:30pm and Tuesdays at 6 am and keep an eye out for T-Bone’s 30-second promotion of the CanCooker.
